A significant step in this direction: Geis is now an official member of the corporate network “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” and the “Familienpakt Bayern”! These memberships underline our commitment to creating modern working conditions that enable our employees to balance their professional and private lives. As part of our internal HR project #LoveYourWorkplace, we are currently developing numerous targeted measures that will change the Geis working environment in the long term. In the “Family and career” sub-project of this large-scale HR project, these include measures that enable our employees to achieve an even better work-life balance.
What does that mean in concrete terms?
