The topic of sustainability is the focus of the entire magazine. For example, Geis recently opened its first eco-terminal in Upper Franconia, which boasts a photovoltaic system, a green office roof and natural building materials. Existing Geis properties are also becoming more environmentally friendly, supported by an efficient energy management system. Geis is additionally deploying zero-emission electric vehicles and massively expanding its charging infrastructure.
