Our trainees embark on a wide range of professional journeys, from commercial to industrial training. What they all have in common is the opportunity to develop their careers within a dynamic industry and join our team.
One of the highlights at the start of this year was the inaugural Geis onboarding week in Oberhof. For the first time ever, all of our young talents came together from different locations to meet each other, complete their initial training and boost their team spirit through activities such as climbing, laser biathlon and football training. These activities quickly fostered a strong sense of unity, laying the foundation for successful training.
We are proud to accompany so many dedicated young people on their journey, and we look forward to shaping the future with them. We keep careers moving – right from the start.
