Bad Neustadt, February 18, 2025 - Geis Group is further strengthening its Road Services Germany business division: On February 1, Andre Bremm took over responsibility for sales and projects at management level, succeeding Jörg Rotthowe in the sales function.

We can now implement the acquisitions of the Gras Group and Internationale Spedition Krüger as planned: The antitrust authorities have approved the acquisitions. 

We are systematically continuing our growth course: On April 1, 2025, we will take over the two locations of the Krüger forwarding company in Göttingen. This will strengthen our network in central Germany – a perfect complement to our recent acquisition in western Germany.
