The Geis rail freight service offers a world-wide alternative to air and sea freight for you shipments from and to Asia.
Especially for customers from the High-Tech, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors the new silk road represents a cost-efficient alternative transport option compared with air freight. This transport method allows for faster runtimes than is the case with sea freight. Moreover, international rail transports have a positive impact on CO2 footprint and are therefore the most ecological transport methods.
In addition to the daily full container transports, we round off our offer on the North and South route with fixed departure times in general cargo area. This provides you with even more planning security along the entire supply chain.
