We supply your production reliably via external logistics centres. This means: We have our own warehouse from where we deliver defined delivery points on factory premises according to the timetable - if needed directly to the production line.
We offer holistic logistics processes for goods receipt up to delivery to your production - Just-in-Time and Just-in-Sequence all the way to the installation location. We perform ID checks and quality controls, manage consignment inventories and repackage delivered parts in production-specific containers. Geis also provides storage according to production-specific requirements.
On-demand order picking and sequencing as well as material provision are also part of the service portfolio such as clocked shuttle transfer between logistics centres and production locations. Furthermore, you benefit from your Cross-Docking-Processing for time-critical parts and the return of empty containers, which we also prepare or repair if needed.
